The games you can play
At CapturePlay, every game uses our unique games system in which players own the virtual game characters or pieces that are used in each game. During the games you are able to capture your opponents' characters or game pieces, which then get transferred into your personal CapturePlay Account. You can use these captured pieces again in future games, or you can make a real world profit by selling them in the CapturePlay Market Place.
How do I get started playing a game?
To get started, simply join or start your own zero credit pieces game, and add your pieces to begin playing. For first time users CapturePlay takes you step by step through this process using our friendly wizard program. You may also choose to play against one of our bots for more practice.
Can I play for free?
Yes! CapturePlay has free-to-play matches in which you can capture pieces that can be traded in for prizes in our Quests section. You can even play for free and win prizes by climbing our leaderboards. We are also experimenting with giving credit bonuses to new users. Come back regularly to receive these benefits.
How much is one credit worth?
One credit is worth one hundredth of one US penny. 100 credits is therefore $0.01 USD, 1000 credits is $0.10 USD, 10,000 credits is $1 USD, 100,000 credits is $10 USD, and so on.
How can I buy credits and what payment methods do you accept?
Follow the "Add Credits" link from the Game Lobby. We currently only accept Mastercard and Visa. You can complete the CPA Offers in the Add Credits area to earn credits as well.
How can I withdraw money that I have won?
From the Game Lobby area follow Account -› Cashout, and simply enter the amount of credits you wish to withdraw. The equivalent amount in dollars will be displayed on the page and that amount will be paid to your sign up email address via Paypal.
What is the minimum amount that can be withdrawn at one time?
The minimum that can be withdrawn at one time is 200,000 credits, or $20 USD.
Can I withdraw free bonuses, practice money, or virtual currencies?
All bonuses and virtual currency are able to be converted to real cash and withdrawn from your account, as long as you've met the minimum goodwill play requirements.
Do you charge a fee for withdrawing funds?
No fees are charged by CapturePlay for withdrawing funds. What you withdraw is exactly what we send you via Paypal. However, realize that Paypal may charge you a minimal fee for the service they provide to allow you to receive your funds.
When will my withdrawal be credited to my bank account?
All first time cashouts are processed after a clearing and assessment period of 10 business days. After you receive your first payment, following cashouts are processed after 5 business days of receipt of your request to cashout. Additional delays may occur in the event of an account review or high cashout volumes.
What are the minimum goodwill play requirements?
These are requirements to prevent abuse of bonuses and incentives provided by CapturePlay. Without these requirements in place it would not be possible for CapturePlay to offer free rewards worth real money. These rules are in place so everyone can continue to enjoy receiving bonuses and free pieces from the CapturePlay system. Note that these requirements may change as we continue to tune the system over time.
